Luvaway ships orders to Europe and worldwide.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 5 to 15 working days

Outside Europe: 5 to 15 working days

These times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the destination, periods of high demand or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided when available.

Shipping costs

Delivery costs are shown at the time of ordering before payment is confirmed.

Returns & refunds
Return period

The customer has 60 days from receipt of the order to request a return.

Returns are free of charge during this period.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be unused


be in its original condition

be returned in its original packaging

Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return instructions will then be provided.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and checked, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

The original delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Faulty products or order errors

In the event of a faulty product or an error during order preparation, the customer is asked to contact customer services as soon as possible so that a suitable solution can be offered (replacement or refund).
